The credential
AI-Native Product Management (AI-SHIPR)
Directs an AI that holds the full product context, and uses it to ship work customers feel and the business can measure.
What it means
AI-SHIPR is a product operating system. It gives Claude persistent memory of a product: its strategy, hypotheses, initiatives, proof and relationships. Instead of re-explaining the product every session, the product manager works with an AI that already holds the context.
Someone holding this credential has built that system on a real product and used it to make a real decision. It is a statement about how they work, not a record of attendance.
How it is earned
- → Completed the AI-SHIPR workshop.
- → Installed and populated a working AI-SHIPR system on a real product.
- → Ran at least one live product decision through it, end to end.
Credentials are issued directly by Verve Product Management to named graduates of a cohort. There is no public form. A credential cannot be self-generated, which is what makes the record worth checking.
